When engaged on a sell-side transaction, our services typically consist of the following:

• Valuation consideration and advice
• Preparation of Confidential Information Sales Memorandum
• Development of marketing strategy and the targeting of buyers
• Assistance in due diligence process
• Assistance in negotiating and closing transaction

Buy-side services:
We also regularly represent buyers of businesses to help our clients accomplish their goals of business ownership and financial success. While our role in buy-side engagements varies somewhat from transaction to transaction, our services typically consist of some or all of the following:

• Identification of potential targets and level of interest
• Establishment of contact and participation in ongoing communications and negotiations
• Analysis and assistance in structuring transaction, arriving at purchase price and sourcing financing
• Assistance in due diligence and closing transaction
